These terms define the rewards-based relationship between NUTR4 and each Genesis Partner.
Registering interest is non-binding. No money or other consideration is requested or accepted, no place is reserved and no obligation is created. Partner activation is available only after a separate invitation and readiness confirmation.
A confirmed contribution activates the selected partner tier. It does not create shares, tokens, debt, governance rights, repayment, yield, profit participation, appreciation or a guaranteed financial return.
Each tier includes the stated NUTR4 allowance for 36 monthly cycles from activation. The allowance is not cash, is not transferable and does not roll into a later cycle unless the programme expressly confirms otherwise.
The permanent partner code applies the tier percentage to eligible NUTR4 purchases above the available monthly allowance. It has no cash value and may be suspended for misuse, resale or unlawful activity.
Availability, lawful destination, taxes, duties and delivery fees are confirmed per order. Partners keep a private preferred address and remain responsible for accurate delivery details.
Contributions support the NUTR4 programme and are non-refundable after confirmed settlement except where applicable law requires otherwise or NUTR4 expressly agrees in writing.
Public alias profiles are optional and reversible. Delivery details, access proofs, contact details, partner codes and provider records remain private and are used only for authorised programme operations.
These programme terms must receive jurisdiction-specific legal and commercial approval before production activation. If the relationship ever adds financial or ownership rights, it requires a separate agreement and cannot be treated as this membership.
