1. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Thailand and comply with the regulations set forth by the Thai Medical Council. Any disputes shall be resolved under Thai jurisdiction. For international matters, escalation to the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) may apply as a secondary resolution mechanism.

2. Medical Services

• All medical treatments comply with Thai Medical Council regulations and international best practices.
• Medical prescriptions, including psychedelic therapy and alternative treatments, are facilitated by licensed professionals.
• Clients must provide accurate medical histories and agree to pre-treatment assessments to ensure safety.
• Transform reserves the right to deny treatments if safety standards are not met.

3. Eligibility and Consent

• Clients must be at least 18 years old to access Transform's services.
• By booking treatments, clients provide informed consent for the services they receive.
• International clients must ensure compliance with their home country’s laws regarding treatments received in Thailand.

4. Payments and Refunds

• All payments must be completed before treatments are administered.
• Refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis, subject to service non-delivery or verifiable errors in billing.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the service date, with supporting documentation.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

• Transform complies with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
• Client data will only be shared with authorized medical professionals directly involved in their treatment.
• No client data will be sold or shared with third parties without explicit consent.

6. Liability and Disclaimer

• Transform is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
• Clients are responsible for adhering to pre- and post-treatment guidelines provided by Transform's medical team.
• Transform will not be held responsible for non-compliance with international laws regarding alternative treatments.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content, branding, and trademarks on the Transform platform are the exclusive property of Transform.
• Users may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written consent.

8. Force Majeure

Transform shall not be held responsible for delays or interruptions in service caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, governmental regulations, or technological disruptions.

9. Amendments

Transform reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any updates or changes.
