How to use the partner portal.
This guide walks a Genesis Partner from first interest through invitation, contract acceptance, Bitcoin-first settlement, certificate/NFT management and NUTR4 allocation use.

The partner path in seven steps.
Interest is non-binding. A partner commitment happens only after review, invitation, current terms acceptance and secure settlement.
2 · Create your profile
Save your alias, display name, short bio and optional public profile settings. Public alias sharing is your choice. Private contact, delivery and wallet-related details stay inside authorised partner operations.
3 · Register interest
Choose your preferred partner tier, role, focus areas and readiness. This is not a purchase, reservation or obligation. It tells NUTR4 how to shape the founding cohort.
4 · Wait for review
The partner team reviews cohort fit and readiness. Your portal will show whether your registration is new, in review, approved, waitlisted, declined for this round or invited.
5 · Accept invitation
When invited, confirm your tier, delivery address, treasury-lock preference and current partner terms. This is the moment the route changes from interest to partner commitment.
6 · Complete settlement
Choose Lightning, on-chain Bitcoin or the listed USDT option if available. The portal activates partner status only after signed settlement is received and matched once.
7 · Manage partner status
After activation, use the portal to view your contract state, scannable certificate/NFT artefact, Trustchain proof when available, NUTR4 allowance ledger, partner code and private cohort notices.
What you control
Your partner workspace.
The portal is designed so partners can participate without exposing private operational details publicly.
Publish or keep your alias profile private. You can update your profile and contribution visibility preference from the partner workspace.
Update focus areas, preferred role, readiness and contact route before invitation. Material changes may return the registration to review.
Provide a preferred delivery address before activation so NUTR4 allocation records can be created accurately.
Download the certificate artefact, scan the verification link and follow lifecycle state changes such as ready, issued, suspended or revoked.
Track monthly allowance, usage, remaining balance, partner saving and payable amount above allowance.
Read private operational updates in the portal. Email is used only when you selected it as your contact route.

Genesis Partner status is a rewards-based partner purchase and contribution relationship. It does not provide shares, debt, yield, profit participation, repayment, appreciation, governance rights or a guaranteed financial return.
